1. How do you grow a business? You... Delegate and Build Fearlessly.

2. An intellectual system is a person, couple, or group of people that interact to form a whole. Together (or alone), with their mission and intellect, move forward getting things done. Systems intertwine to form larger, more complex systems.

3. How do you grow any intellectual system? You...Delegate and Build Fearlessly while consistently working to find the most efficient path FORWARD.

4. You can scale a system forward as far as you can, but you will run into a barrier or a "let go" point...meaning there are systems that exist that we have no idea about and cannot control. The systems will intertwine and leave symbolism as life plays out.

5. If everyone is moving forward getting things done, then eventually... everyone will have to build their own teams.

6. A system moves forward by working towards efficiency.

7. Competition fuels growth. Striving to be the best at what you do is important. It is the only way to make systems more efficient.

8. Mistakes will happen as systems move forward. Fixing mistakes is a skill in and of itself. Previous mistakes may or may not present themselves to fix in the future. There is no such thing as an irreversible mistake.

9. What is the final delegation?... Faith.

10. "Delegate and Build Fearlessly" in every aspect of your life. Monetary AND OR emotional fulfillment WILL FOLLOW.

11. A family is the most efficient system.

12. Raise kids as efficiently as possible. Manage their feelings as efficiently as possible. Teach/help them to be as efficient as possible in whatever they love to do. Do NOT push controversial human agendas onto kids.

13. There are highs and lows (or pulses) in every system (or relationship).

14. "Delegate and Build Fearlessly" will always be an ongoing pursuit to decipher.

15. Done is better than perfect because perfect does NOT exist. The idea of perfection is the death of productivity.

16. Fear is anything that holds you back or down.

17. Intellect is where REASON meets fear.

18. Technology will always COMPLIMENT HUMAN INTELLECT.

19. Currency is as valuable as the forward system that it represents.

20. "No solicitation"...a request that is not efficient for growth.

21. Comedy...pivotal for bonding.

22. Gossip (non-hate) ...pivotal for bonding.

23. Confidence... the acknowledgement that you are not perfect and moving forward anyways.

24. Value...anything that moves something forward.

25. Honor/Respect...can only be achieved through consistent efficient production.

26. "Free will" should always be a human right...you should never try to sensor "Delegate and Build Fearlessly" from others in any way shape or form.

27. Just because something was written down at one point does NOT mean it applies down the road as growth happens and continues to happen. There is a boundary on application. IT CAN STILL APPLY...but it is an efficiency conversation now.

28. WATER IS LIFE...what does water do?...It flows to the easiest path OR the most efficient. Just like stagnant water becomes poison (OR dies)...stagnation is the death of a system. Systems need to consistently move FORWARD.

29. Capitalism is the only system that will ever work for an economy.

30. Healthcare... has to be "for profit" if not, there would be no incentives for doctors to "get good at" medicine. If healthcare companies keep moving forward though, there should be "non-profits" fueled by the "for profit" that work to attack the gap that is there.

31. Decisiveness is the most important leadership trait.

32. It is important to give back as you move forward in order to attain monetary or emotional fulfillment. That will help others that you give back to...MOVE FORWARD.

33. Lies/Deception will not move any system forward.

34. Gambling can never be compared to Delegating and Building Fearlessly...there is no system based on human chance that is sustainable...just an emotional day away from losing everything. Gambling is entertainment and entertainment is okay...just find the boundary. (Delegating and Building Fearlessly in the entertainment space is not gambling)

35. What is the goal of "Delegate and Build Fearlessly"...To help people.

36. Athletics...pivotal to learn how to compete. If you do not know how to compete, you are not set up for success in business or other aspects of life.

37. Knowing how to fight is important to get up off your back when someone, something, or fear is holding you down.

38. Injuries, illnesses, insecurities, setbacks...just challenges.

39. Partnerships are a back and forth delegation to amplify each other's strengths. Partnerships become more efficient when they intertwine for support with other partnerships.

40. Diet and fitness...pivotal for your health...you are making your own system more efficient.

41. People should pursue what and who they love in life...whatever is most efficient for them AND their family.

42. Teaching of the past in a way that would bring hate should be abolished.

43. Unity is more efficient than division...end racism.

44. Depression...the stagnant feeling when you think you made it to an end system that is not "Delegate and Build Fearlessly."

45. Anxiety is a reminder that you need to move an aspect of your life forward.

46. Morality is intertwined and programmed into every individual...meaning people know what is right and wrong. The legal system should intertwine with morality.

47. Individuals/systems that spread hate are less intellectual than systems that Delegate and Build Fearlessly.

48. War is the most inefficient system.

49. What is a lost system?... a system that spreads hate.

50. A family is the purest form of love. Love propels systems forward while hate brings systems back or down.

51. "Delegate and Build Fearlessly" can apply to every system...OR... is in every system.

52. What is rest?...A REWARD for your work. If you do not work, you should not be rewarding yourself. (Work on what you love)
